I think it's been a couple of months since I added a reminder for a BSE. So I'm doing that today. Ladies, take a few minutes today (probably just 2!) and do a BSE. I did mine last night, because as you know today I'm having eye surgery.

Ooh, you are very brave!! I would love to have this done but am so chicken! Is it for the eye changes that occur in our 40s? I have the blurry up close vision since my mid 40s, and a slight blur with distance now, but not bad. It would be so nice to not have to rely on glasses anymore. I want my old eyes back!
