A 'Boo' post!

Thanks for all the lovely comments yesterday on my tablescape, I think I've found another hobby, LOL :-) Not only is it fun to do the tablescape, it's great being able to visit other 'Tablescapers' and see what creations they've made too.

Yesterday I took Boo to the groomer. He was in dire need of a good hair cut. I usually take him every couple of months but it had been a bit longer this time. We like when his fur gets this long, he looks so cute. Unfortunately we can't leave him like this as his 'bum' starts to get too matted. No matter how many times you brush him he still has to sit on it and of course it's easy to just get tangled up again by the end of the day. Here's some 'before' pictures from yesterday. . . .

What a cutie! As you can see he still doesn't mind wearing the bandanna we got him. Kristen loves putting this on him and wishes she could buy him some clothes to wear. You can see below she got her wish!

It's hard trying to get pictures of a doggy that won't sit still! Here's cutie pie after he got home from the groomer and we put the little shirt on (that I got in the sale at Petsmart, because I refuse to pay full price for that stuff!).

He'd just taken a drink when I took these photos! The close-ups didn't look good at all with water dripping off his chin. Hard to believe I'd just spent $50 on his his haircut (that's more than I spend on myself!!!). Can we say 'Pampered Pooch'!

Jason's Dad and his wife are driving here today (from Amarillo). I think they're just staying the weekend (I say 'think', because you know how men are about communication!). And on Sunday Kristen and I will be taking off for the beach with our neighbors Cheryl and Connor and Justin. I'll try and get another post in before we leave. We come back next Thursday. And then there's only 3 more days before school starts!!

Enjoy your Friday.

Hi Denise! You did a great job of getting Boo photos and he's very photogenic and adorable! I found a webcam that shows where Jeff is right now. He just called and they're done with 1st dive, having lunch and will do one more dive but he said they'd keep this one shallow. See if you can see Catalina and they dive on the other side of the casino (white building.)

Boo is quite the "looker" here...he is a doll...and the clothes are pretty cute...my 50 lb dog loves to dress up but the little 10 lb. one hates it...go figure!!!
