or even this one (oh to be knitting in Tuscany!)
I'd like to be thinking of skeins of soft cotton yarn, the kind that would keep you cool, of pretty little tanks that can be knit while you're lounging at the beach . . .
but in reality, my summer knitting looks more like this . . . .
and this . . .
and even this - yes, that's a hat and scarf set for my bottles of wine ;-)
(they make a hostess gift look really cute)
That's because right now my summer knitting consists of Christmas gifts for family and friends, AND some new things to put in my Etsy store come the Fall! But whichever way I look at it, it's still Knitting, and it's still what I love to do :-)

That's so fun! You have an etsy store?!
Love what your making!!
All very cute. Looking forward to what you have this Fall!
I love that hat, Denise. Maybe I should start thinking of Christmas gifts! ;-D

Would you believe I carted my knitting all the way to California and didn't knit a single stitch?! That blanket is going to take me FOREVER to finish!! Perhaps I should knit while I do laundry today & recover from jetlag ;-)

Ooh! if you go knitting in Tuscany, can I come? I can't knit very well, but I'll give it the old try! Your pieces are absolutely fantastic!!
Hi Denise! That's a really cute hat! I used to wear big crocheted pancho type shawls back in college. They were really popular. I once had 2 boys cross the street because I was wearing a tan tanktop under the shawl and they thought I didn't have anything on under it. They actually told me that! LOL! sorry to disappoint you! ;) (((Hugz)))
