It was a fun month

Well, that’s my birthday month over for another year, I can’t believe how fast it went! It sure was a good one and I did some fun things, like the wine stompin (that was a first)!

Went for our monthly wine tasting at The Winery in Georgetown, had a weekend away with our friends, where I caught a fish for the very first time!

Also went to Ocktoberfest in Walburg TX, celebrated my birthday with a lovely meal cooked by my mil,

I also won two giveaways!  Hosted one of my own thanks to ‘Myblogspark’.  And just last Friday night went to my very first high school football game! (Cheryl’s son was playing in the band at half time)

Actually, this is the first time EVER that I’ve been to any kind of football game! Hard to believe when I’ve lived in the US for 12 years. I’ve been to baseball games, but never a football one, until now. This was Kristen’s first too :-)

It really was a great month. November is Kristen’s birthday month, her birthday is on Thanksgiving day! I hope it’s a month full of fun for her too.

I am super busy with my crafts at the minute, housework is being ignored, so I must get on and do some today. I will also be back later this week with my giveaway. Stay tuned!

Hugs

Denise

Denise, I'm glad your October was so good! I'd say that, so far 47 is a good year; wouldn't you agree?

Good luck with your projects! I've got some neglected housework I need to do, too. See you soon!

You had a wonderful month Denise!
Kristen looked so cute as a what were they called again? I forgot. Anyway, great movie and choice.

I was a dancer in my band in high school. Those were some of the best memories of my entire life. Loved it! High school football games are so much fun.

I'm glad you liked the wine table.
That popped into my head just this morning to try that setting. Funny how blogging does that to us sometimes.

Happy weekend! ~Melissa :)
