Easter Table

I haven't done a tablescape for a while, but seeing as my table is already set for dinner on Easter Sunday this week, I thought I would join Susan at Between Naps on the Porch for her lovely Tablescape Thursday. I always love to see how other bloggers have set their table, you can get some great ideas and inspiration from them. Be sure to visit Susan and the other participants.

When it comes to setting my table, I don't really have that many different dishes to play around with. I'm working on building myself a little collection now that I have realized I can store them in the spare room where we have some shelving. This years Easter table is very similar to last year, the only additions are the chocolate bunnies on the plate, the big bunny center piece I recently bought at Hobby Lobby and the little birds nests I made.... let's have a browse shall we?

Notice the little nests at each setting, I will be attaching a little name tag to each one :-)

A close up of Mr. Bunny . . .

The table is only set for 5 although I have a plate at the 6th seat, I usually set the ham down here and have dinner rolls and pistachio salad on the table too.

Wishing you all a wonderfully blessed Easter.

I love the pictures of your "two" children: I too have one daughter and our Westie was my second daughter...
Happy Easter!

Denise how pretty and fun all in one! I just adore the precious bunny.

Thanks for the sweet words on my weight loss journey. I'm so happy to be off of the meds I can't even believe it finally happened now. I'm having a ball buying new clothes. Hooray!

Happy Easter sweet friend! ~Melissa :)

What a beautifully set Easter table! I love all of your little details, especially the adorable bird nests. They will be just perfect for place cards.

I'm sooo jealous you live by a Hobby Lobby! I love that store but we have none in CA. I visit the ones in CO and AZ everytime I'm there.

Very charming tablescape. Kristen and Boo have a loving Mom who makes a cozy home for the family. Your children have both the same nice dark eyes, haven't they? Kristen is a beauty.

Wish you a happy Easter.

it's a quiet Easter for us, just us at home. Wonderful! I've not made a huge effort with the table this year, it's very simple and basic, quite literally two jam jars with tulips. Very simple, but it does look very pretty.

Have a very Happy Easter. xx
