..... and I'm not talking about this stuff (although I'm not that partial to this either!) I'm talking about the nasty stuff you get in your email - also known as 'junk mail'. I didn't get a chance to check my email much on Christmas Eve, and on Christmas Day, well I didn't check it at all. I have been getting so much junk mail lately that I knew it would be ridiculous the amount I'd have after not checking for two days..... 423!!!!! That's right, 423 messages in 2 days and only 2 of those were from people I knew. Is that crazy or what. I mentioned it to Jason and he thinks I might need to change my email address. And the reason I may be getting so much spam is because of my website deniseschulz.com. I really don't use that any more, now that I don't do real estate and I don't host my blog from there. So in the next few days I shall think about a new email address in the hopes it will stop my inbox from being unindated with 'junk'.Jason didn't go to work yesterday. His car wouldn't start! I had asked him to move his car out of the garage the night before so we could put all the trash out, he hadn't run the engine very long and it flooded (although we didn't know this until the next morning). Apparently Mazda Rx8's are prone to do this. Thankfully it is still under warranty so it was towed away and fixed pretty quickly. We just had to go pick it up yesterday afternoon. All back to normal today and Jason is at work. Kristen and I will just be pottering around the house, and I shall once again attempt to clear up the kitchen mess! I also feel in the mood to declutter something? I might make a start on my bedroom closet?

I can relate to your "need to declutter" feelings! I have been a grumpy bear of late because of the clutter from preChristmas and postChristmas mess. I'm also enjoying a quiet, cleaning Friday at home - yay!!

Well, that is two things I don't like... SPAM and a car that won't work. No wonder you feel need to declutter. I clean when things happen that you have no control over. I guess it is my way of getting some control back when I am at the mercy of so many things I don't have any say. Does that make sense? All I can say is "Go Girl"
Hi Denise! I added a link to The Manny. It's a cute "Chick Lit" type book. Changing your email addy will help and then use another email addy for all your mailing lists, etc... and only give your main one to friends. Don't even sign comments or tagboards with your main one. I've been doing that for over a year now and I get zero SPAM. Have fun decluttering. I have that urge, too! (((Hugz)))

Spam is nasty stuff. I don't use my old email addres, the one starting with 'sadie' and when I check the webfolder every few days there is always about 500 spam mails. On a daily basis to the 'bill' email, I think we probably get about 20 spam mails. It's a pain. I hate it. Have people got nothing better to do?
Anyway.sorry about the car, hope it is sorted out soon.

I hate spam, too. I get tons, but I just scan through it and delete. No biggie because I'm used to doing it.
