More Easter Pics!

I hope you all had a lovely day yesterday. I know we did. We left for church at 10.30am and didn't come home until after 5pm! Grandma did a lovely Easter dinner with Ham, garlic potatoes, cheese and broccoli casserole, spinach salad and green jello salad. We had yummy apple and caramel cheesecake for dessert! The tulips to the left were the lovely center piece on the table.

Here's our little princess ready to go to church. I had thought to post a picture of her first easter, but I need to resize it, so I might do that later.

Here are some pictures of the egg hunt!

Above: Kristen had spied the basket the Easter Bunny left. It had a Kangaroo Webkinz in it, Diego color by numbers, Peter Rabbit chocolates, Pez candy and a few other goodies. Boo was on a mad dash to get to it before Kristen!

Kristen found another egg - Boo's wondering where it came from!

And Easter Bunny left a new umbrella too - perfect cos Kristen's other one had a few spokes broken and was really quite unusable. Thank You Easter Bunny, you sure made one little girl very happy :-)

that's one kind and generous Easter bunny! :O)

back from my mopchop, feels like I have no hair left, it's lovely. It's still down to my shoulders, but much neater and tidier, with a few layers running through the back. Bill said 'oh, they must have cut at least two inches'. hmm. 'try 5' I said! Seriously, it was THAT long. I hadn't had it cut for a year, which is bad. Only good thing is I don't use a hairdryer in the mornings (humbug hates it, so I've given up trying), which means it wasn't in too bad shape, just needed tidying.
I've promised myself that when she's in school, I am going to have a High Maintainence Haircut! Not now though, just need it easy and I too tend to tie it back a lot.

Hope your hair do makes you feel as fresh and bright as mine! Have a lovely day. xxxx

apologies for the 'me, me, me' type of comment! Meant to say that K looks very sweet and girly in her dress, far too cold for sleeveless frocks here right now! xxxx

It sounds like you guys had a great time, and doesn't Kiki look so cute. I think Boo wanted to get in on the act and look for eggs too...how cute.

I did gain just under a pound from a Cadbury bunny, but it's unrealistic not to have treats, so I just enjoyed it and am back to being extra careful.

I just read that you moved to the USA in 1998 to Austin. Melissa and Jason were married in Galveston TX in early November 1999 so when we were staying with his parents in Austin TX, you must have been living there then!

Hi Denise! I've tried to have Jack play with our dogs but they're just too big for him. He's a little poodle mix. :) I agree about David Cook- it was spectacular! I was happy that Michael Johns and Sayesha did well, too. Enjoy the day!

Boo hoo, I swapped my template and still my paragraphs are not working, I have no idea why not! Oh well, I'll have to keep my posts short so people don't have to read great long slabs of text.

Your m-i-l's tulips for Easter are so pretty.

How's Jason going with his dieting this week?

Hi Denise, I have been a good girl with my SB diet. Kiki looks so cute in her dress. I have a picture of the baby in his little outfit. The flowers were very pretty too. Take care. Hugs
